Sessions are 50-60 mins, and are a bespoke blend of hypnotherapy, counselling and other therapies as appropriate. However, my work is much more than just the techniques, people come to see me because they have a problem to resolve, and my entire focus is on helping you resolve it.
I know it can feel daunting to try something new, especially if other therapies haven’t hit the spot in the past but I also understand this type of anxiety and know how consuming it is, I also know what works, that goals really can be reached, and habits can change.
So I tailor each session to your individual needs and circumstances, and we deal with what emerges so that you can get back to living the life you want to lead.
Your first session is a chance for you to share your current situation, your background, your experiences, and your goals, we make sense of what has been going on and get a plan for moving forward. You can then either book further sessions individually, or choose the six session package.
