Over the last 12 years, I’ve been privileged to help a lot of people with many different problems and challenges. I specialise in anxiety and confidence related issues (including panic attacks, phobias, social anxiety, general anxiety, exam nerves, insomnia, low self esteem / lack of confidence) as well as children’s issues.
I can also help you change problem behaviours, such as stopping smoking and weight control.
Most people want to change something about themselves, but change can often feel daunting. It is my job to help you take back control and make the changes you want, so you can achieve your potential and enjoy life to the fullest.
My approach to change goes far beyond the traditional ‘one size fits all’ approach. I am trained in cognitive hypnotherapy, I am an experienced integrative counsellor with CBT, Solution Focused and Compassion based therapy. I may also use NLP or life coaching techniques if needed.
But it’s not about the techniques I use. It’s about finding the right keys to make change happen for you.
Each session is tailored to your individual needs and circumstances, and we deal with what emerges. I invest a great deal of personal energy into each client so that together we can make a difference.
